1、 Overview of LC single tube long axis deep well submersible pump


The LC type single tube long shaft pump is an advanced and mature series of products developed based on the absorption of advanced design and manufacturing experience at home and abroad, combined with market demand. Transporting clean water and wastewater containing certain solid particles (such as iron filings, sand particles, coal powder, etc.), corrosive industrial wastewater, and seawater; The temperature of the conveyed liquid shall not exceed 80 ℃. Widely used in primary water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, metallurgical and steel industries (especially in the transportation of iron oxide scales in vortex pools), power plants, mines, municipal engineering, and agricultural water conservancy projects.

3、 Structural characteristics of LC long axis deep well submersible pump


LC type single tube long axis pump with vertical downward inlet and horizontal outlet, single foundation installation, pump and motor directly connected; When viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise and its main features are:

1. Using hydraulic design software to optimize the design, the performance is superior, and the abrasion resistance of the impeller and guide vanes is fully considered, greatly improving the service life of vulnerable parts such as the impeller; The product runs smoothly, safely and reliably, and is efficient and energy-saving.


2. The inlet of the water pump is equipped with a filter screen with an appropriate opening size, which effectively prevents large particles and impurities from entering the pump and damaging it. At the same time, it ensures that the net inlet area is more than 3.5 times the cross-sectional area of the lifting pipe, minimizing inlet losses and improving the efficiency of the water pump.


3. The impeller adopts a balance hole to balance the axial force, and the front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with replaceable sealing rings to protect the impeller and pump body. The sealing ring adopts a special dam type structure, which can effectively prevent oxidized iron scale or other impurities from settling at the inlet of the sealing ring gap after the pump is stopped, greatly improving the service life of the sealing ring and impeller.


4. The pump intermediate shaft, lifting pipe, and protective pipe are multi section, and the intermediate shaft adopts patented sleeve coupling technology. The radial coaxiality is ten times higher than other coupling methods, and the overall vibration of the machine is reduced by more than 70%; The number of lifting pipes can be adjusted according to user needs to adapt to different underwater depths. The impeller and guide vane body can be in multiple stages to meet different head requirements.


5. The water pump lifting pipe is connected by a flange with a guide bearing in the middle. The water pump guide bearing adopts reinforced filled polytetrafluoroethylene or Canadian Sailong bearings, or nitrile rubber (used for medium temperatures above 55 ℃), and the shaft is protected by a protective tube. When conveying clean water, the protective tube can be removed, and the guide bearing does not need to be connected to cooling and lubricating water; When transporting sewage, the guide bearing must be connected to external cooling and lubricating water. For places where there is no clean water on site or where the cost of clean water is high, special structures can be added to cool and lubricate the guide bearings by filtering or precipitating the medium transported by the pump. The lubricating water system can be equipped with control components such as flow and pressure relays. When the water supply is lower than the rated water supply before starting up, the pump cannot be started. When there is a shortage of water or pressure due to some reason (pipeline blockage) during operation, the relay will send an alarm signal, the control room buzzer will sound, and the red light will alarm. At this time, the valve of the bypass system can be opened to supply water, ensuring sufficient water supply. At the same time, faults can be repaired. This control system can achieve remote control.


6. The residual axial force of the pump and the weight of the rotor components are borne by the thrust bearings inside the motor seat or by the motor with thrust bearings. The thrust bearing is lubricated with thin oil and cooled with external water. The thrust bearing can be embedded with temperature control components.


7. The shaft seal of the pump is a packing seal, and replaceable shaft sleeves are installed at the shaft seal and guide bearing to protect the shaft. The axial position of the impeller can be adjusted conveniently by adjusting the nut on the upper end of the bearing component or inside the pump coupling.


8. The water pump can be equipped with a control cabinet, which has multiple functions such as automatic start stop and overload alarm based on liquid level, real-time remote monitoring, etc. It can achieve remote centralized control of multiple pumps through networking. Pumps with a diameter greater than 500mm are equipped with an automatic exhaust system.
